They are sometimes called Chinese Millefiore or Dragon Eye Beads. The way yours are mounted is unusual. I believe the one you posted is from the 1920's because the squiggles form a rectangle and the eye is neatly centered.
On occasion, but rarely, I have seen other beads mounted in this manner and used as watch fobs. But, to me, this beads seems too bright to have been used this way.

These look like Minority trade, trade beads. These are probably very old but not ancient. The air bubbles are a sign of age. Made in China.
They have the classic starburst pattern is typical of these beads. It's very early here so I cant get you the dates right now.
