A Chinese version of a 1910s-20s sautoir or "Liberty" necklace?

The limpid blue glass seems similar - perhaps identical - to the glass used in court necklaces and mandarin hat finials.

I once had a similar necklace in larger football-shaped melon beads with an old-fashioned silk tassel, similar (but nicer than, haha) this one currently on offer on eBay 173160830656.

These big beads also got recycled into bells and caddys

Converting a mandarin hat finial into a bell seems to have been a thing, they appear in many variants.
