both look old..
but mala is from Southen Morocco or Mauritania...ebony wood!?
but the counters are Tibetan.
Your tesbih is definitely of Mauritanian origin (not Moroccan!). Wood with silver inlay and various carnelian and glass beads.
Some ignorant added three little "strands" with himalayan (looking) metal-pieces and beads, for reasons only s/he might know.
Please take those off, and you have a fine, (then) authentic and relatively rare prayer strand, dating from the first half of the 20th century!
The thought had crossed my mind to remove the tassel pieces, so thank you for reconfirming the thought and confirming origin\age. It will look much better without them.

Lovely beads, those wooden ones with silver inlay. I have a few loose here as well. Beautiful strand! (I'm also not too attracted to the tassels though ^_^ )
Similar silver inlay on ebony - bracelet is vintage / antique from Mauritania.
