Your tesbih is definitely of Mauritanian origin (not Moroccan!). Wood with silver inlay and various carnelian and glass beads. Some ignorant added three little "strands" with himalayan (looking) metal-pieces and beads, for reasons only s/he might know. Please take those off, and you have a fine, (then) authentic and relatively rare prayer strand, dating from the first half of the 20th century!
