So this is likely the identification of the workshop that made the piece?

I like it because of the soft yellow background and the traditional painting-style rendition of the rock that the flower is growing from - plus the cute little green butterflies.

Jing tailan is just the name of this kind of the craft.
not a name of workshop

By the way I have sent you mails but always been rejected...
Could fine me old chinese coral beads (plain or carved)
