Greetings! It's a beautiful morfia bead. Some may think it was a bit high, at 200.00 sterling, but the morfia I just saw on the net for slightly less are in comparably rough condition. While yours looks great. So, my opinion is that you did fine on this purchase. Especially if you love it, and in 10 years, believe me, you will be very happy you kept it!

Yes, it definitely looks like a bargain to me. It's in excellent condition, and I've seen considerably higher asking prices quoted here in the past for beads that weren't as well preserved.
