There are many videos following this short one explaining what is meant in the bead community by a "Rendezvous."

eBay item number:
272130486866

Which are Venetian, perhaps 1960s...perhaps Moretti. I have the same necklace of small ovals but mine are knotted rather than wired.

but disregard the ebay description that says "unglazed" thats nonsense- they are glass and have been given a matte finish.--

Thank you so much Joyce and Stefani!
Yes, these are the same glass exactly as those on the Ebay listing (with nonsensical description). I also had a couple of orange ones once and have a baggie of green ones. Same colors.
Cheers!

I agree with Joyce, have a couple in red with green swirls and they were identified as Moretti. My books are all packed up but I think there were pictures in the Moretti book on beads.

Ercole Moretti 1980's/1990's

These are absolutely classic Moretti matte glass beads 1980's/1990's. I bought various colours (including these) wholesale from them for my business during that period and the sizes included this size (about 12mm) and an 8mm version. Blue and white, yellow and blue, burgundy/blue/white, orangey red with yellow, and these turquoise ones were the 5 main colours.
Hope that helps
Cheers
Carole

Makes sense to me - I bought them a shade earlier '78 or '79 from a wholesaler in Olneyville, RI who kindly sold mixed bags by the pound to students as well.
Those were the days..
Thanks so much for your help everyone!
