I recently bought one of those "estate jewelry lots"for $20 because I recognized one of the items - a nice carved, two-tone Galalith (casein) graduated bead necklace. As is usual for older pieces, it was quite short so I re-strung it with glass seed beads and voila, a nice summer-y green & cream necklace. The beads are in perfect shape and it has a matching casein clasp. The largest bead is about 16.5 mm.

Haven’t restrung mine yet, but it also is very short and in great condition....and it’s orchid! :) For 6.00 at a street fair.
