Trying to ID a bead

Here is an image of a bead type I am trying to ID, it's a two layer bead, white inside , blue outside, with 2 inset stars,,,, found in a North American setting, circa 1600-1700....any info appreciated, thanks

It doesn't even look like a bead. It looks like a logo for a high tech company or a new version of Alexis. hahahaha

I now believe now these were found either in Peru or Panama, trying to help someone with an old collection

I hate to say this but, having seen a number of real "flush-eye" beads from early American contexts, this bead looks ultra modern to me.

Some real early examples are depicted in Plate 6 of the St. Catherines Island report.
