Hello!
This beaded object has the shape of a hand mirror. It has 8 small mirrors attached - 4 on each side.
I'm guessing it is a Banjara object, but I've yet to find a picture of anything like it.
Is anyone here familiar with such things?

Gujarat, India- netted beadwork- on hand fans. furnishing trims or room decoration fringes, often include stylised colourful images of people, animals, and so on... and embroidery and the small shisha glass mirrors... quite delightful!

Now that my keywords work there is information and imagery available about them. Such charming objects!
