Joyce and I met BCN forumite Red Mountain at the Asian Arts Museum (appropriately enough) in San Francisco today. It was a pleasure to meet another BCN contributor in person!

RM's real name is Zhao Yanbo, and he plans to spend about a month in the US traveling around to various Asian art museums all over the US.

If you have any favorite museums with Chinese art, please post here! He is heading to Los Angeles in a few days, where he has contacts.

the Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena is well worth a visit here is the link

Also the Los Angeles County Art Museum on Wilshire Blvd is great and has some interesting Chinese exhibits as well as ancient and modern art and artifacts from around the world. http://www.lacma.org/
