I bought 3 strands of "Russians" from Albert in the 1990s, which he reported he acquired from his sister, who purchased them in a shop on the Seattle waterfront in the 1950s.

Note the hanks of cobalt "Russians." Also the huge versions lower left in the first picture.
They also had a couple of strings of very big cobalt vaseline-style beads that I haven't seen anywhere else.
And a string of smaller "Russians" in an amber color, reminiscent of those Lester Ross found at Fort Vancouver, IIRC.
Plus those brick-red greenhearts (galet rouge?) in pristine unused condition, still glossy.
