A couple of more from the same auction. I don't particularly know where they are from, but they are awfully cute!
Altho I have to confess, whenever I see stuff like this, that I wonder what archaeological site some pothunter robbed it from.
Yes, it could be bird feathers. Funny, that really doesn't show up so well to the naked eye, but the camera really brings it out. Fortunately, these particular beads were in a private collection for many years before they ended up with me, but I always worry about that too!
