Two close-ups of some of the beads on the necklace, two large transparent glass beads with some interesting detail and the black beads (very hard to capture on my phone) that seem to have a floral theme. Other beads on the necklace are two black interlocking (snake?) beads, two cone-form beads and little round and facetted beads. The clasp is of some kind of metal (pewter?)

And I was so happy to find it, apparently there were matching earrings as well but these were sold already. I love the colours of saphiret glass, so captivating.
In the pics the brooches I mentioned in my first post, combined with the newly found necklace. They are so beautiful together..
I would love to see if you also have some examples of your own.
But as far as more information on Saphiret, can you help me date these pieces? I did find some info on Saphiret in the book 'Baubles, Buttons and Beads' and online of course. And as far as prices go, should I check prices on Ebay/Etsy or do you have other suggestions for me?
