The blue beads are Prosser beads, they are a specific type of glass bead. These look like they were made in the Czech Republic. Date is tricky, but my guess is after WWII.
The green looks like an imitation stone. I think the color green is artificial. Could be magnesite or howlite that is dyed, or it could be completely manmade.

I thought magnesite or howlite first but the veins arent there like in those stones and it feels kind of softer. I agree i think they re definately dyed, ill have to settle on miscelaneous stone.😃
