judging by the colours and jolly designs the tie necklace is almost certainly a Wiener werkstaette 1920s product, the wristwatch is recently made by members of the bead society of Great Britain.
David says that this one is a copyright protected image. If your edit software has a "save for web" feature, using that can strip it of some of the background coding.
But don't worry so much about it - the image still opens!
And I love that necklace.
