Did a Google search for "faceted rose beads alibaba" and got this pic.

These and the necklace have to be the prettiest Chinese yet.

I do have but one example of an old Czech floral decorated bead with ground facets. But with no clear layer encasing.

yes, those 'abacus bead' shapes make me think China

abacus shape, rounded rondelle, faux Trollbeads, smooth or faceted... I see the shape as a genre from recent decades.

shape also known as "Oblate" -or could be "Faceted oblate"
