Like everywhere else price depends on condition, what the dealer paid, how desperate to sell the dealer is, ETC. I was informed by a few traders that they are paying upwards and more than $250 per bead in Africa.... I made an offer on the beauty I showed that is well above that figure (double+) and still may not get the bead!
Average condition with lots of stress (dried out looking) Morphias are going for around $300-$400 right now. I saw about 15 for sale. I looked at hundreds of sellers goods.

Just outstanding. I can preety well guess what it will sell for! I saw one that was more magnifcant then the one you showed. It had 8 eyes and it was yellow, pristine condition!!! The trader asked $800 and, that was in africa! Morphia's are too expensive because Mauritanian women are willing to pay very high prices for them!!!!
