We helped a friend recover his stolen wallet once, minus the cash. We met him at a restaurant and while he was waiting, he went to the men's room and left his wallet in the foyer by accident. Someone grabbed it. We searched all the trash bins outside, in and around the parking lot, and sure enough, found the wallet, minus all his cash. Thieves normally do not want to get caught with any identifying items.

If only you had known it was missing in Tucson - the beads may have been tossed out close by, like in a trash bin at the Grand Luxe.

So sorry, Jake, that this had to happen! Please send me your mailing address - I would like to send you one of my Islamic era beads so you can start to rebuild your collection.

So sorry to hear of the theft of your beautiful beads.
Last summer I was the victim of a burglary of my home. They took my entire Etsy store, all the beads, jewelry, everything. I put some of the pictures from the 220 listings into a Pinterest board. They weren't the ancient beads that you lost but more vintage types, gemstones, etc. Still it is so upsetting and I empathize with your loss.

Also feel bad that your beads were stolen, Jake, hope you get them all back soon. Posting their pics here was clever & should help...
