Here is a necklace I won recently.
I never noticed beads like these previously. They are approximately 9mm x 22mm. There is no red, only green, blue, yellow, and white eyes.
I'll wear it like this for awhile, but when I restring it I'll remove some of the white bone beads and add more blue.
They make me think of green jungles and blue rivers, eyes peeking through leaves.
Do they have a name? I love bead names... I would call these Green Jungles.
yes, I know I know, I'm anthropomorphizing my beads again.... perhaps even zoomorphizing and floramorphizing.
These seem alive to me with their little eyes... peering out from vines and leaves and undulations of green and blue. Jungle beads... eel eyes... green peepers... dripping rivulets... lazy rivers... steaming humidity.
