Well, now that you mention it….
Saw these in an old Christie's catalog, not sure of the actual use, there have been numerous conjectures on that. They were believed to have been made by producing a cane of one side then flipping it over for a two-part symmetrical face.
They would have fit sooo nicely in my collection....Jan
