Suzi and I just got in a large batch of beads from our friend Hassan and one of them has us stumped. Here are two images of it. Any information regarding origin and age would be great. It is carved from a red jasper the design is repeated four times.

I assume it was found in the Indus valley area.

Here is an interesting bead found in Thailand, I picked up some similarities, the Thai bead appears to be a head with large earrings and phallic hat, I realize it is a long shot but it may be another avenue of further exploration
