Just reminding us all (myself included) of the fact that printed text, or on our screens in the context of discussion forums and blogs, can be interpreted differently than intended. And differently than if the same comment were spoken aloud in person or on the phone.

I know that there was no negative intent in the comment above. I apologize on bcn's behalf to anyone whose feelings are hurt over it, and I appreciate the wonderful image of the lady with her amber beads. It is a superb photo, and it is I who requested a few images from the rendezvous this season. I appreciate the time and thought that goes into these images, believe me! They enrich this board, thus enriching our bead collecting lives.
