As I already wrote in a previous post, I asked the museum curators about saphiret glass. I will do some further digging with the information they gave me, but here are some pictures from examples the museum has.

This piece is a neckpiece that was designed in the 1980's (or 70's) for a specific Jablonec bijoux event. The piece is therefore fairly new in design, but the stones are at the latest from 1945.

Saphiret is very difficult to photograph.
