After a four hour visit, we were all thirsty! I can't think of a better way to immerse oneself in what you love. With the closure of two bead museums in the U.S. in the past few years, the Picard Museum is even more rare and unusual an institution for the conservation of beads. Anyone passionate about beads from the African trade needs to visit, at least once!
