I found some interesting "smaller" items at the Picard's store yesterday. They also carry a large selection of full strands.

Ivory/aventurine rounds (Venetian), quite lovely!
Modern decorated brass beads
Hand-faceted brick red (never seen these before!) , plus a few dark pink (Venetian)
One lonely older striped fancy - I love the feel of these!
