I agree! Thanks for posting. The new versions of what is offered as cloisonné are nowhere near the same aesthetic. I bought a nice stash of never- used small beads of good quality about 10 years ago. I’m glad you’ve reminded me of them… in the “ I need to string those” pile. So they are an example of a lost art….
