You asked about what to charge. In my retail shop, we would probably sell the knotted Millefiori necklace for around $75 (assuming it's intact). The rest I would probably put in a bead bargain bag at about $10 - $20 for the collection. Of course, these are retail prices at a store -- so what you would expect to get on the web is probably less.

Honestly, you might think about taking the beads into your local bead store and making some nice gifts -- you could make a few pairs of earrings or a couple of small necklaces. Plus, put that millefiori necklace in a new jewelry box and you have a really nice gift for someone special!
