Message	Looking under the microscope, I see that the insides of the holes have the same surface as the outside - indicating that the beads were acid etched after production. I compared the etched surface to some other new beads I have from Java and the surfaces are similar. Also, some of my Java beads have aventurine so those bead makers know how to work with aventurine. My conclusion is that these are new beads from Java, etched to take off the surface gloss. Display HTML as text.
