Does anyone recognize this bead?

Four of them found with antique Venetians. However they do not "feel" like Venetian beads. The surface is a uniform matte finish, unlike most Venetian beads with a glossy or semi-matte surface. The designs and aventurine trails are very muddy. The holes are very uniform and the edges sharp, not rounded.

Rather small size - about 10.5 mm diameter.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Looking under the microscope, I see that the insides of the holes have the same surface as the outside - indicating that the beads were acid etched after production. I compared the etched surface to some other new beads I have from Java and the surfaces are similar. Also, some of my Java beads have aventurine so those bead makers know how to work with aventurine.

My conclusion is that these are new beads from Java, etched to take off the surface gloss.
