Hello Sammi,
The beads you show are among the most-common and fairly available commercial decorated Japanese glass beads--that I refer to as "beach-ball" pseudo-millefiori work. I think of these as "parti-colored" rather than "floral."
Although you could probably find them in Japan, they would be easier to find online at eBay or Etsy (where they will probably be called "millefiori" by sellers who don't know better).
Here ;s a dialogue from 2017, that includes some discussion of them from 2009:

I hope you enjoy Japan! Jamey

Thankyou for your response. Do you have any experience with the general bead industry in Japan? And where I might go foraging? For any beads vintage or otherwise?
There is a lot of confusion about some bead origins—between whether they are Japanese, Czech, or something else--as discussed in this link.
Consequently, nearly any site that I could advise (particularly at eBay or Etsy) might purport beads are "Japanese" when possibly that's a mistake (!). Bead sellers are notorious for not imparting accurate information. I write to sellers almost daily to correct mistaken identifications.
Of course, if you find beads that still have a "Made in Japan" tag on them, that would most-expectedly be accurate.
