It’s true I could have advertised better. A few folks did find me and it was great to meet Jake, Bauble Bob and some trekking buddies socially but they mostly wanted to talk about the good old days and some hardly looked at my gear? The Tibetan dealers who knew me from Kathmandu knew I had exceptional gear, came to buy and left with serious booty. They understand 'old is gold' and will return to Nepal and profit from their purchases. Americans…. not so much?
