I expect these beads are Japanese rather than Venetian. I could not exclude that they might be Czech.

There are many many more beads than there are names for beads! We should not expect a discrete name for most beads.

Your beads have an equatorial avventurina band, with superimposed pseudo millefiori (that in this instance has been daubed from a molten striped cane). This describes the bead but does not name it.
