Hi all, it’s been a minute. I will be going to Japan in January for a belated birthday treat. Wherever I travel I try to research about beads, if the country has any bead history, is it still producing beads, vintage beads from that area etc. Does anyone have any experience with where I should go to buy beads in japan, are there any bead museums to visit, artisanal bead makers. I love the mid century delicate floral beads from Japan I would love to be able to pick up some of those.
