very intriguing anyway.
I'd investigate whether they could be Indonesian, or chinese, before I'm convinced they are really old.

I acquired them as single beads in Mali from 2 different dealers.
There is pitting and some and very minor chips visible in all three beads, this visible with a 10X magnifying glass.
