Wow! It seems like the forum has slowed down greatly. I hope it is just a case of pandemic doldrums. I was just wondering if anybody from here will be setting up at the show. In particular I was hoping some of the folks from the Ethnographic Room will be appearing. Anybody know who is going?

As far as I know, none of the other Ethnographic sellers will be selling in Tucson.

If possible, plan a trip to see Thomas in Prescott at his new Trading Post.

Hi Joyce! email is sent. BTW for anybody who reads this traffic to the immediate North of downtown and to east of I-10 will be rather screwed up. They are extending Aviation Highway from Broadway to St. Marys in order to relieve downtown congestion on Congress and Broadway,

The Ethnographic show at Tucson folded after 2020—due to mismanagement by the gentleman in-charge of the venue; and compounded by the ultimatum that (for 2021) we either had to find four more participants, or he would bring in four of his choice. And added to that he wanted to double our booth costs.

Of course, Covid made participating impossible anyway.

David Ebbinghouse had decided to quit the show because (as fun as it was) he was not making sales that would warrant the trip from Indiana and the expenses involved. He and I went to India in late January/early February, at the time Tucson would be happening. We had a great time. I lost so much money in 2020 I decided my tenure of doing estate sales for my clients was more-or-less over.

JDA.
