I found them on eBay, I didn't see the green color you're looking for but the seller
may be able to get them. I'll go back later today and see if I can find the listing again.

It's not squared off like your's is, but otherwise it's very similar.

I also found when I searched Picard Beads that these could be called "bipyramid" beads. So I'll start looking for those, too.
