I think I bought them originally thinking they were glass, or maybe "red amber". Pretty sure they're plastic. Does anyone have information on what they are, where they're from, if they have any value, or should I just moe them on?

they are recognisably horn beads roughly made on a lathe and supplied wholesale from India- we used to sell them in my shop...

Dyed red? Stick a hot needle inside a hole and see if it smells like burning hair.

I have a bunch that looks like them, in different sizes and colors. This reddish brown is quite common.

And I'll relabel them so I don't forget!
Thank you all for your insights!

I concur. They look like horn to me. Horn can look like a lot of other materials. If i'm not sure, I do the red hot needle test on the inside of the bead where its not conspicuous. If it smells like burning hair, its horn.
