Due to its popularity, the Society of Bead Researchers has reprinted a limited number of vol. 28 of BEADS which features the article on “Imitation Amber Beads of Phenolic Resin from the African Trade” by Rosanna Falabella. It is available for $15.00 US + postage directly from the SBR , on eBay , or contact me <karlis4444@gmail.com> and I will send you a PayPal request for payment.

The Fichtelgebirge article is very important to understanding the source of a lot of beads that often have been generically referred to as "European" or sometimes "Dutch" in the collector community - highly recommended report!
