Hello to the group. I was fortunate to travel to Katmandu in 1985 and what a time. Many friend had been there since the 1970's. I took a liking to the beads at Durbar Square and bought a variety. Large almost 6 inches long to shorts about 1 inch. I have not found any real answers on how old these are. The holes are tiny tiny holes. Amazing they could drill such small diameter holes??
