These are good Indian lampwork beads- mid 20th c, and are often found on wire link chains like yours. I guess its a long continuous loop?
Wishing you a good winter celebration and 2019-
Stefany,
The "mid-20th c" is 1950.
There were virtually no intricate multicolored glass beads from modern India before 1974.** And the actually-intricate mosaic-glass products postdate 1980.
The earliest these beads might be would be the late-20th C., and they might be from the early 21st C.

P.S.** India had a long and varied interest in producing glass beads, as long ago as 2000+ years. These industries were essentially crushed by the British Raj. They began to prosper again in the '70s and to make great strides in the '80s. But I am not discussing the time before 1970. The beads we find in the marketplace that are known to be Indian postdate by decades, the earlier products (that are not generally elucidated).
i had beads exactly this type in the 1970s.from someone who imported indian textiles etc for sale in London.
Hi Stef,
So, in essence you are confirming my exposition. I can recall that the year for me was 1974—because I had just bought some of the beads I'm thinking of, and my new neighbor who had just moved in came to meet us, and asked what I was doing. That was Jackie, who was an actress, had made a Canadian movie, and had had a TV show in Japan. Later in 1974 she and her husband opened a small gallery, where I worked (volunteer), and showed my stuff. Jackie and Peter had a baby, and by 1975 had moved away.
It would be interesting if you could tie down your remembrance to an actual year. Because I don't recall any beads similar to the ones being asked about until around 1980, or '80-something.
Sample cards would be, or might be, very helpful. J.
