The catalogue is published as Volume 102(2) of "Natura", a biannual magazine of the Natural History Museum of Milan, editor the Società Italiana di Scienze Naturali (SISN); it can be purchased on SISN ebay store (20 euros+shipping) at the following address: ebay.it/str/societaitalianascienzenaturali. Unfortunately, a very limited edition.

I tried on ebay as well, but there are no longer copies offered there. So if there is another way to get it, I'm interested as well.

I specifically went to eBay-Italia and searched for this Natura issue, and it said there was one copy left. Good luck!

In previous messages volume 102 (2) was mentioned but the correct one is Volume 108(2)in case some of you might check next week.

Only once in ten years have I not been able to find a book I'm looking for. And it was an odd book.

The book arrived yesterday, and caused a small sensation at the post office when the clerk brought it out of the back room. Someone at the museum has a sense of fun!
I think I'll frame this.

They are all old stamps, btw. Mostly 1970’s and 1980’s. They are from before the Euro, and apparently still hold value.

I have some bead sample cards from the Conterie for sale should anyone be interested. Most of them have seed beads and dated from 1938-1951, destination, the name of company/person ordering the beads, and port of entry. I'll have them at my show in Green Valley (Canoa Ranch Resort) which begins on Friday, February 1.

Hi all; the editor still has some dozen copies in stock which should be put on sale on ebay next week. The editor, Società Italiana di Scienze Naturali, is a small scientific society which prints enough copies of his magazines to be sent to a number of libraries, cultural institutions and members. Normally few copies are printed in excess, and the editor was not prepared to sale so many copies of the catalogue, so he is going to digitally reprint it very soon. Giorgio

By all means if you love beads try to get yourself a copy. It is glorious and is printed in both Italian and English. The pictures are fabulous and the text very informative and interesting. Additionally it is printed on very good paper stock so should archive nicely.

For some reason though I cannot get in touch with the ebay-seller and I have tried to buy one but eBay states it doesn't send to The Netherlands nor to the UK where my sister lives, so at the moment I have no clue how I could get a copy..

I hope it worked out by now. There are some new copies available since yesterday. You have to send(contatta il venditore) a request for an invoice including shipping to the Netherlands and it takes a day before you get the invoice.
I made a request in English and French but I presume English would have been sufficient.

Too bad for me it is not working, I have sent two requests in English but no answer to date, and the last one I sent last Sunday. Hopefully for everybody else you have more luck, but I am stuck with an unpaid item.

After sending multiple messages I was able to get in touch with the seller and I was able to purchase again through Ebay, this time with the option to send it abroad. No idea what went wrong with the first attempt to purchase it, but I just hope Ebay can fix that for me and cancel it. Hopefully all goes well now and I will also soon receive a lovely stamped envelope with the book. Can't wait to receive it, especially since I have always wanted to get the book And the bead goes on, but never was able to purchase it.
