Can you post a closeup pic of the other beads and pendants on the necklace? It's hard to tell but it looks like they may be enameled silver - a closer look would help tell us when it was made.
Are there any lines or "grain" on the beads? ivory will have a natural crosshatching called "schreger lines."

haven't found an exact match yet but my guess is Qing dynasty bone beads.
