I have just been informed that the English edition of The World in a Bead by Augusto Panini has been reprinted, so any of you who missed out on this colorful and useful volume the first time around now have a chance to obtain a copy once again. Several problems and errors noted in the first edition have been corrected in the new one.

If anyone in England is coming to the Bead Society AGM at Bristol Museum on July 8th, I shall have some English copies with me.

Has anyone actually SEEN a 2nd edition IN ENGLISH? That was the big problem with the first edition, booksellers showing a cover from the English edition, then supplying the Italian version. The link in the first post here shows an English cover, but the review is machine-translated from Italian and the language of the book is not specified.
