Rummaging through my photo files, I found this picture of a necklace in the Miriam Haskell style, with findings that almost certainly date to the 1930s.

Chinese or Czech manufacture for the beads still seems to be an open question?

I have Chinese glass beads that are wheel-cut with shou characters. They are fairly uncommon.
