eBay item 332479021380
sold for $507 44 bids

Of interest for the style of cloisonne and cinnabar, plus the glass beads.

Do you think the foil and millefiori beads are replacements, or part of the original necklace?

I think the foil and millefiori beads are replacements; not part of the original necklace.

I'm not convinced that there is "an original necklace" here. It looks to me like a composite inspired by Haskell, that could have been made quite recently from various parts. I'm working on one like it myself!
There is inexplicable variation in the way things are attached and (I think) in the color of the findings.

The brass drops are distinctive of many of these necklaces.

Is there a source for them nowadays?

I just stumbled across this necklace with, I believe, similar Italian beads to the ones in the first necklace. eBay no. 132442312591.

Necklace is old, brass beads are old...everything else looks like a re-assembly

Modern silver or silver-colored headpins and mis-matched bright silver and gold colored bead caps?

Tsk.

Someone took apart some old necklaces and re-assembled the parts.
Note they symmetrical arrangement of matching beads on the dangles - I have never yet seen that in the old 1930s necklaces, where the beads are always different from one another.
