Hi all,

I found these at a car boot sale, I have done some research and have come to the conclusion that these are moroccan berber egg beads.

Does anyone have any idea of age?

Many thanks as always

due to the enamel quality, I would think these are not very old.

Thankyou joyce,

I have seen similar ones stating that they are from the 1950's and others saying 1910, I am doubting the 1910 but do you think the 1950's might be possible?

I've experienced many. And feel these could be copies and may be little more than ten years old.

That's more what I meant by "not very old". Note the quality of the enamelling.

And, prior to enameling, the white metal has been unnaturally abraded.

I am not an expert, but I have seen quite some old Moroccan jewelry and the enamel does not age the way yours look. It is too shiny and the colours too bright not deep enough. I personaly think it is newer than the 50's, rather much later. Just a personal opinion.
