What I think:
Sponge coral possibly white dyed red and painted clay beads I would guess are from India.

please always give dimensions or show scale in your image!
i believe this is a choker-length necklace like the shell Heishi necklaces worn by surfers in the 1980s, with sponge coral as Beadweyr recognises, together with a few shell discs, dark wood and brass beads, the design suggests Phillippines or India.
