The floral beads are Japanese I don't think the assembled link are original, looks like someone just put them together.
This type of floral bead, also commonly call Japanese millefiori comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Here are some red round ones with original tags.
The beads are latter half of the 1900's

I have seen these bead links before in Japanese beads. So my guess would be that they are sold this way originally.
If I could only remember where I saw them in these links,.......

When I bought them, they were wrapped up in tissue in what appeared to be original boxes. The boxes did not have labels, though. They were in the section of Japanese beads.
