I have never heard the name "Arita Toshikane".
I tried google it and couldn't find anything about it in Japan.
It may be a kind of brand name specially for export.

Porcelain ojimi are common.
Yours is Satsuma or Kutani I think.

And I should have called him "Bodhidharma" instead of "Daruma" in English.

He is not a god but a monk.
